#Deity/Supernatural A once human king and then lich who ascended to godhood. Now known as the Whispered One, god of secrets, obsessed with acquiring and maintaining them. A noted enemy of [[The Raven Queen]]. Vecna is the source of the [[Eye of Vecna]] and the [[Hand of Vecna]], and is also the author of the [[Book of Vile Darkness]]. After the Party was given a [[Tears of the Raven Queen]], which was activated after [[Tide]] ran into some fog and died (I am drastically over simplifying, it was very dramatic and good) it was activated and now Vecna is linked to Tide. Which I'm sure will not cause us any problems.
