#Hostile High ranking member of the [[Hand of Septice]] Aware of Harperia's parentage Closely aligned with [[Guile Schmidt]] Intimidated [[Percival Smiles]] over the deal Current holder of [[Eye of Vecna]] Currently in [[Delta City]] with [[The Inquisition]] He seems to enthusiastically believe in the mission of the Hand of Septice. He was originally part of a different adventuring group, but the rest of the members died. (Did Guile kill them all? Who knows! (Well, Ciaran and James do but neither of them are going to tell me anytime soon)) Referred to Harperia as "your grace" which was a) weird and b) annoyingly effective
