#NPC Mother of [[Lucretia Dheku]], rich merchant type. Is working with [[Hand of Septice]] and was involved in the takeover of [[Delta City]]. Lucretia said that not all the merchants were involved, but they all signed off on the takeover (given that it would get rid of the pirates, get new ships, new defences). A new tax will be levied, the merchants who were involved in the takeover will pay, but others wont and will be strung up. The money will go to the state and some of those merchants.
