#Object Was stolen from [[Garland Trout]] by Tide, it ended up with the [[Merk Tongues]] and was stolen back by Tide. The _Hand_ is a desiccated, mummified left hand. In order to use its powers, the wielder needs to cut off his or her own left hand at the wrist and press the _Hand of Vecna_ against the stump. The artifact then magically grafts itself onto its wearer and became a functioning limb. It was being worn by [[Guile Schmidt]] (which was not ideal) but he gave it back to the party. For reasons.
