Took Jarn’s limbs after the fight at the [[Merk Tongues]] HQ. Is now RoboColm. Is in a situationship with [[Sashia Faeden]] Born in the Grit Town slums, Colm spent his early years with his parents and siblings, surviving as best as they could. His father laboured in the quarries, while his mother sought to look after the children and earn money through odd jobs - darning, weaving and similar - while he and his siblings always did what they could. Colm had a head for numbers, facts and figures. His older brother Jarn did some work for one of the gangs when Colm was around 10. After seeing him meeting with one of his contacts, Colm discovered Jarn’s involvement in a recent heist, telling his parents and causing Jarn to run away from home. Shortly after, while his father was at the quarry and he was out doing some odd jobs, the area of the slums that he lived in burned down, killing his family. Bereft of their home, he and his father lived on the streets of Grit Town along with the other survivors made homeless. His father gave up somewhat, failing to provide, so Colm used his keen mind to gather - and sell - information to the various factions of the city. Having seen what his brother working directly for one of the gangs had done to their family, he refused to get more involved than that. Years later, Colm had managed to save enough money to buy him and his father a small hovel in the slums. When he was 18, he saw his brother Jarn wandering through the city, with what he recognised as a gang’s pin on his lapel. Though he tended to avoid gang business (for health reasons), he followed him, overhearing and witnessing enough conversations over the couple of days to know A: enough about the gang’s operations to, if sold to the right bidder, shut it down and B: that his brother had taken part in the burning down of the slums in order to keep the information Colm overheard from being passed on further than his family. Colm then did a dumb thing - long story short, he tried to take them down himself, getting himself captured, tortured and eventually left on the street for dead by Jarn. He was rescued by a [[Shadow Monk]] who admired his sense of justice and natural skills, followed by training montage. Now, at the age of 25, Colm has established himself as a PI/occasional bounty hunter (targeting particularly bad people). Seeking to maintain the idea that he is dead (and not knowing if Jarn is just bad at murder or wanted him to survive), he takes jobs through a confessional (god tbd) at a small shrine. He’s got a solid reputation throughout Grit Town (and in certain circles beyond).
